These Terms of Use ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you ("you" or "User") and

codeBage ("we", "us", or "the Developer") governing your use of the

GoViral AI mobile application and related services (the "App"). By downloading, accessing, or

using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

This agreement is between you and the Developer only, not with Apple Inc. ("Apple") or Google LLC ("Google"). See Section 12 for the app-store terms that also apply.

1. The Service

GoViral AI is a creator-tools app that uses artificial intelligence to analyze short-form videos and

generate content suggestions (scores, hooks, captions, hashtags, ideas, text slides, and similar

outputs) to help you improve your social media content. The App is for informational and creative

assistance only.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use the

App. If you are under the age of majority, you must have your parent or guardian's permission.

3. License

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App

for your own personal or business content creation,in accordance with these Terms and the terms of the app store you downloaded it from (Apple App Store or Google Play).

You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, resell, or distribute the App.

4. Subscriptions, Billing & Cancellation

The App offers optional auto-renewable subscriptions ("Premium") that unlock unlimited use of the AI features:

Plans & pricing: Weekly, Monthly, and Yearly options. The exact price is shown in the App before you purchase, in your local currency, as set on the App Store or Google Play. There is no free trial and no lifetime plan.

Payment: Payment is charged to your Apple ID account (iOS) or Google Play account (Android) at confirmation of purchase.

Auto-renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew for the same period at the then-current price unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

Managing / cancelling: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time.

iOS: Settings → your Apple ID → Subscriptions.

Android: Google Play app → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep access until then.

Refunds: All purchases are processed by Apple or Google. Refunds are handled solely by Apple under the App Store Terms or by Google under the Google Play Terms; we cannot grant refunds directly. Unused portions of a period are non-refundable except where required by law.

AI features:

5. Free Use & Fair Use

The App may allow a limited number of free AI uses before requiring a subscription. We may change the

nature, limits, or availability of free or paid features at any time. You agree not to abuse,

circumvent, or attempt to reset usage limits or entitlement checks.

6. Your Content

You retain all rights to the videos and materials you provide ("User Content"). By using the App, you

grant us a limited license to process your User Content solely to provide the service (for

example, sending a selected video to our AI processing service to generate analysis). We do not claim ownership of your User Content and do not use it to train AI models or for advertising. Where you have enabled ad measurement, the App shares only your device's advertising ID and a small set of app milestones with Meta Platforms, as described in our Privacy Policy; it never shares your videos, prompts, or generated content. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any content you submit and that it does not violate any law or third-party rights.

7. AI Outputs — No Guarantee of Results

The App's scores, suggestions, and generated content are produced by automated AI systems and are provided "as is" for guidance only. We do not guarantee any outcome including views,

engagement, followers, virality, monetization, or accuracy of any score or suggestion. AI outputs may

be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your purpose. You are solely responsible for what you

publish and for complying with the rules and policies of any third-party platform (e.g. TikTok,

Instagram, YouTube).

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the App to: (a) create or analyze content that is illegal, infringing, hateful,

sexual content involving minors, harassing, or harmful; (b) violate the terms of any third-party

platform; (c) interfere with or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems; or (d) use the

App for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or terminate your access for violations.

9. Third-Party Services

The App relies on third-party services, including Apple (App Store, in-app purchases), Google (Google Play, Play Billing, Firebase cloud backend, and Gemini AI processing), and Meta Platforms (optional ad measurement, which you can turn off in Settings → Privacy). Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services or for content you access through links in the App.

10. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at https://sites.google.com/view/privacy-policy-goviral-ai/terms

which explains what data we process and why. By using the App you consent to that processing.

11. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or

implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. To the

maximum extent permitted by law, the Developer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special,

consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of

the App. Our total liability for any claim relating to the App will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim (or, if you paid nothing, USD $50). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.

12.12. Apple App Store and Google Play Terms (required)

You acknowledge and agree that:

1. These Terms are between you and the Developer only, not with Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content.

2. Apple has no obligation to furnish any maintenance or support services for the App.

3. In the event of any failure of the App to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify

Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any) for the App; to the maximum extent

permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation whatsoever with respect to the App.

4. Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims by you or a third party relating to the App

or your possession/use of it, including product liability, legal/regulatory non-compliance, and

consumer protection claims.

5. In the event of any third-party claim that the App or your use of it infringes intellectual

property rights, the Developer (not Apple) is solely responsible for the investigation,

defense, settlement, and discharge of such claim.

6. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and, upon your

acceptance, will have the right to enforce these Terms against you.

7. You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or

designated as "terrorist supporting," and that you are not on any U.S. Government restricted-party

list.

8. If you downloaded the App from Google Play, the Google Play Terms of Service and Google Play Business and Program Policies also apply to your use of the App. Google is not a party to these Terms and is not responsible for the App or its content.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for any breach of these Terms. Upon

termination, your license ends and you must stop using the App. Sections that by their nature should

survive (including 6, 7, 11, 12) survive termination.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last

updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence apply. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Lakki Marwat, Pakistan, unless applicable law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.
