This Privacy Policy applies to the WorkTrax Android application ("the App"), developed and published on Google Play by Dure AI. WorkTrax is a workout tracking app that helps you log exercises, track progress, and generate fitness reports.
WorkTrax collects only the information you enter directly into the App:
Display name (optional, used for profile and reports)
Workout logs including exercise names, muscle groups, sets, reps, weight, and duration
Workout type and date/time of each session
Preferences: weight unit (kg/lb) and app theme (light/dark)
No other data is collected. The App does not collect device identifiers, location, contacts, payment information, or any background/automatic data.
All data is used solely to provide App functionality:
Displaying your workout history and profile stats
Calculating volume, streaks, and personal records
Generating downloadable PDF reports saved to your device
Remembering your display name and preferences
All processing is performed locally on your device.
No internet connection is required or used by WorkTrax. No data leaves your device. All workout history and settings are stored locally using Android SharedPreferences. PDF reports are saved to your device's Downloads folder and never uploaded anywhere. No cloud storage, databases, or external servers are used.
To delete all data, clear the App's data via device Settings or uninstall the App.
WorkTrax does not use any third-party SDKs, analytics tools, advertising networks, or data processors. No data is shared with any third party.
WorkTrax does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. The App does not target children. If you believe a child under 13 has entered personal data, you may clear it by uninstalling the App or clearing App data in device Settings.

WorkTrax operates entirely on-device with no network communication. Standard Android app sandboxing protects all data stored by the App.
