At Worktrax, we respect your privacy and provide full control over your personal data. You can permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time, either directly through the app or by submitting a deletion request via email.
When you delete your Worktrax account, the following information will be permanently removed from our servers:
Name
Email address
Logged workout sessions
Exercises
Sets, reps, and weights
Body weight records
Body measurements (chest, waist, hips, arms, etc.)
Saved workout routines
Custom-created exercises
The quickest way to remove your account and data is through the Worktrax app.
Open the Worktrax app.
Navigate to the Profile tab.
Tap the Settings (⚙️) icon in the top-right corner.
Scroll to the bottom of the page.
Tap Delete Account.
Confirm the deletion request.
Your account and all associated data will be deleted immediately.
If you no longer have access to the app or cannot sign in to your account, you may request account deletion by email.

Please send the request from the same email address associated with your Worktrax account. This helps us verify ownership and process your request securely.
Processed instantly.
All associated data is permanently removed immediately.
Processed within 3–5 business days.
A confirmation email will be sent once the deletion has been completed.
