By downloading, installing, or using the Printy application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
Printy is a mobile printing and document management application that allows you to:
Print documents, photos, web pages, and other content to compatible printers
Scan documents using your device camera
Edit and enhance photos before printing
Create and print from various templates
Generate QR codes, collages, ID photos, and other print-ready content
Access to basic document and photo printing (limited to 1 action per day)
Access to document scanning
Unlimited printing, scanning, and sharing
Access to all tools: Photo Studio, QR Code, Collage, ID Photo, OCR, PDF Merge, Watermark, Print Size, Batch Resize, Paper Generator, Dropbox, and Google Drive
Access to all templates
Web and cloud printing
Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID account via the App Store.
Available plans: Weekly ($6.99/week) and Annual ($39.99/year).
Weekly plan may include a 3-day free trial. After the trial period, subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
You may manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings or the App Store.
No refunds will be provided for the unused portion of a subscription period.
You agree not to:
Use the App for any unlawful purpose
Print or distribute copyrighted material without authorization
Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the App
Use the App to create offensive, harmful, or inappropriate content
Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
The App, including its design, features, code, and content, is owned by Printy and is protected by intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:
The App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
Print quality will meet your specific requirements
The App will be compatible with all printers or devices
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PRINTY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
Loss of data or documents
Printing errors or malfunctions
Inability to access or use the App
The App may integrate with third-party services (e.g., Dropbox, Google Drive, cloud printing). Your use of such services is subject to their respective terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party service availability or performance.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
