1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By downloading or using the "PrintVault - 3D Models" application (developed by Umair Saeed), these Terms and Conditions automatically apply to you. Please read them carefully before using the app.
2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & USAGE RIGHTS
- The PrintVault app, all logos, trademarks, visual design, and original catalog 3D assets are owned by or licensed to Umair Saeed.
- You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial 3D model exploration and creation.
3. IN-APP PURCHASES & SUBSCRIPTIONS
- PrintVault offers premium features, generation credits, and auto-renewable subscription plans (Weekly, Monthly, Yearly, Lifetime).
- Payments: Processed securely through your Google Play Store Account.
- Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period in your Google Play Account settings.
- Refunds: All billing and refund requests are governed directly by Google Play Store Refund Policies.
4. AI GENERATION DISCLAIMER
PrintVault utilizes third-party AI generation services (Text-to-3D / Image-to-3D). Generated 3D models are provided "as-is." We do not guarantee that generated models will meet specific 3D printing requirements or be free from imperfections.
5. PROHIBITED CONDUCT
You agree not to:
- Use the application for any illegal, harmful, or unauthorized purpose.
- Upload images or text prompts containing hate speech, explicit, violent, or illegal content.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the application.
6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
PrintVault and developer Umair Saeed shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the app or generated 3D files.
7. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws without regard to conflict of law principles.
