Earth Day and Month of the Planet Earth 2021

PrimeWater Panabo joined the Mangrove Tree Planting activity today, April 24, 2021, at Purok Pantukan, Brgy. J.P. Laurel, Panabo City headed by the City Environment and Natural Resources Office (CENRO Panabo City), in line with the celebration of Earth Day 2021 with the theme, "Restore Our Earth".

This is also a celebration of the Month of the Planet Earth. April is recognized as “𝙏𝙝𝙚 𝙈𝙤𝙣𝙩𝙝 𝙤𝙛 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙋𝙡𝙖𝙣𝙚𝙩 𝙀𝙖𝙧𝙩𝙝” by virtue of Proclamation No. 1482 signed on April 10, 2008, by then-President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo. The proclamation takes note of the Philippine support for the global consensus on the need to protect and save the planet from environmental degradation and to ensure a sustainable future for all.
