Global Handwashing Day 2022

PrimeWater Panabo, through the Amping Eskwela Program under Lingap Bukas Palad, with Panabo Water District, celebrated Global Handwashing Day at the Panabo Central Elementary School. The pupils and teachers were abuzz with excitement and eagerly gathered to learn more about the importance of handwashing.

Mrs. Severa O. Libres, BOD Chairperson of Panabo Water District and Engr. Cristina Carretero-Bonghanoy, Branch Manager of PrimeWater Panabo, spoke about the importance of proper handwashing in preventing the spread of diseases.

PrimeWater taught how to properly wash hands using soap and water through interactive activities. Also discussed were the dangers of not washing hands properly. Bottles of soap were distributed as sponsored by SABON DEPOT Panabo.

Also in attendance were Mrs. Llewelyn Q. Bondaon, General Manager of Panabo Water District, Mrs. May Jane P. Marces, Admin Head of PrimeWater Panabo, and the PrimeWater Events Committee.
