-Before entering the office, please disinfect your hands by washing them at the provided handwashing areas, or use your personal antibacterial wipes, hand spray, or hand gel. Do not touch your face or body without disinfecting.

3. Monitor your body temperature.

- Our officers on duty will be checking your temperature. Make sure to know the temperature as well for your own safety.

4. Maintain a 2-meter physical distance.

- Maintain a safe distance between other customers and employees at the office. Transparent barriers are in place between employees and customers for everyone's safety.

5. Limited customers are allowed inside.

- Please understand that only a limited number of customers will be allowed to inside to limit your exposure or contact with other customers.

6. Pay your water bill online.

- We encourage you to pay your bills online. It's fast, safe & easy.
