PrimeWater (PW) Panabo conducted an Information, Education, and Communication (IEC) campaign at Brgy. San Pedro and Brgy. San Vicente last September 10 and 12, respectively.

The said activity was dubbed Pagkab-ot sa Barangay (PSB) with the theme "Serbisyong duol Alang sa Katawhan."

This initiative aims to reach out to existing concessionaires and cater to their concerns. It also aims to look for potential customers by informing the residents about PW's services.

During the activity, PW Panabo discussed the new service connection process, Bayanihan Field Collection, the promotion of AllEasy, and other payment channels.

The event is part of Lingap Karunungan, a CSR activity of PW under the Daloy ng Paglingap Program, which initiates an Information, Education, and Communication campaign about water and different services of PW.

Present in the program were PW Admin Head May Jane P. Marces, Customer & Stakeholder Management Officer Emier Jhon S. Ferrer, Administrative Officer Rosminda S. Omila, Billing & Consumption Lead Genevieve P. Saren, and Territory Officers Jeffrey L. Candontol and Danly C. Pagpaguitan.
