Term of Service
Acceptance of Terms
By downloading or playing Bloom Sort: Pour & Decorate ("the App"), made by PrimeTruth Team ("we", "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the App.
License to Use the App
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and play the App on devices you own or control, for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to: reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the App's code or assets; use cheats, exploits, or third-party tools to manipulate coins, stars, or progress; or copy, resell, or redistribute the App or its content.
Virtual Currency & Purchases
Coins are a virtual currency with no real-world monetary value. They cannot be redeemed for cash, transferred between devices or players, and exist solely for use within the App. The App doesn't monitor individual play sessions (see our Privacy Policy), so we can't reach into your device to adjust a balance remotely — but we reserve the right to adjust or reset coin balances obtained through a known bug or exploit, including via an app update that corrects it going forward.
If real-money in-app purchases are introduced in a future version, all such transactions are billed and processed by Apple, are subject to Apple's own App Store terms, and are final except where a refund is required by law or granted by Apple.
Advertising
The App shows third-party advertising, served through Google AdMob. That ad content is provided by the advertiser or ad network, not by us — we don't control it and aren't responsible for its content or for any site or app it links to.
Intellectual Property
The App, including its code, artwork, levels, and the Bloom Sort: Pour & Decorate name and logo, is owned by PrimeTruth Team or our licensors. Nothing in these Terms transfers any of that ownership to you beyond the limited license above.
No Warranty
The App is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We don't guarantee the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PrimeTruth Team is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including loss of game progress or virtual currency.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your ability to use the App if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App, and delete it, at any time.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms as the App evolves. Continuing to play after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of your country of residence, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
