Overview
This Privacy Policy explains how Traffic Escape: Car Puzzle ("the App"), made by PrimeTruth Team ("we", "us"), handles information when you play. The App is designed to run entirely on your device — your level progress, coins, and settings are stored locally and are not sent to us or to any server.
Information Stored On Your Device
To let you continue where you left off, the App saves the following locally on your device only:
Level progress, stars, and best-move scores
Your coin balance and owned/equipped car skins
Your Music, Sound, and Vibration preferences
Daily reward streak data
None of this is linked to your name or identity, and none of it leaves your device under the App's current functionality.
Information We Do Not Collect
The App does not require an account, sign-in, or any personal information to play. We do not collect your name, email address, location, contacts, or photos.
Advertising
The App shows third-party advertising, served through Google AdMob, to support free gameplay. Because Traffic Escape: Car Puzzle is a general-audience app that children may also play, every ad shown — to every player — is non-personalized: we do not use your advertising identifier, browsing history, or interests to select ads, and we do not ask for tracking permission.
AdMob and its partner networks may still collect general, non-personalized usage and diagnostic data needed to serve and measure ads, as permitted by applicable law.
You can further limit ad-related data collection at any time through your device's own privacy settings.
We will update this policy if we change ad providers or add analytics/crash-reporting tools in a future version.
Virtual Currency & In-App Purchases
Coins are a virtual in-game currency earned by playing. They currently cannot be bought with real money. If real-money purchases are added in the future, they will be processed entirely by Apple's App Store/StoreKit — we never receive or store your payment card details.
Children's Privacy
Traffic Escape: Car Puzzle is suitable for a general audience, including children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13. We intend to configure our advertising to comply with COPPA and similar regulations protecting children's privacy. A parent or guardian who believes a child has provided us with personal information may contact us using the details below.
Data Retention & Deletion
Since your data lives only on your device, it stays there until you reset your progress in-game or delete the App — either action permanently erases it. We have no copy to delete on our end because we never receive one.
Your Rights
Depending on where you live, privacy laws such as the EU/UK GDPR or the California CCPA/CPRA may give you rights to access, correct, or delete personal data held about you. Because the App does not transmit personal data to us, we do not hold any such data to act on — if that changes in a future update, this policy will be updated to explain how to exercise those rights.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as the App evolves — for example, before adding advertising, analytics, or in-app purchases. We'll update the "Last updated" date below and, for material changes, aim to note them in the App Store release notes.
