1. Payment Policy
All orders require full payment upfront before work begins. Payments are made via M-Pesa, bank transfer, or other agreed methods. No refunds once work has started unless agreed in writing.
2. Turnaround Time
Delivery time depends on the type of service and complexity. Standard services (e.g., posters, flyers) are delivered within 24–48 hours. Longer projects (e.g., websites, videos) may take 2–7 business days.
Rush services are available at an extra fee.
3. Revision Policy
Clients are entitled to 2 free revisions per project .Additional revisions are charged based on the amount of work. Revisions must be requested within 48 hours of delivery.
4. Refund Policy
Refunds are only issued if no work has been started.No refunds for completed work or editable templates. If you are unsatisfied, we will work with you to fix the issue.
5. Content Responsibility
Clients are responsible for providing correct and complete content. We are not liable for errors in information sent by the client.
6. Copyright & Ownership
Final files are yours once full payment is received. Editable templates resold by clients must not be falsely branded as original work.
7. Privacy Policy
Your information is kept confidential. We do not share your contact details or files with third parties. We use your designs only for portfolio or marketing—with your permission.
