Developer: Flowbit Labs (“we,” “us,” or “our”)
These Terms govern your use of the App. By installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
The App provides unit-price calculation (e.g., price per gram), comparison views, optional saving/sharing of results, and advertising including rewarded ads.
Features may vary by OS, device, region, and updates.
We may update these Terms to reflect legal or product changes. Material changes will be reasonably notified in-app or by posting. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
The App can be used without creating an account.
You must comply with applicable laws. If you are under the age of digital consent in your region (e.g., under 14 in Korea), use requires parental consent.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
The App and all related content (logos, UI, text, code, graphics) are protected and owned by us or our licensors.
You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, modify, or create derivative works except to the extent permitted by law.
You agree not to:
Violate laws, these Terms, or third-party rights (IP/publicity/privacy).
Interfere with or disrupt the App, servers, or networks.
Bypass or manipulate ads, rewards, or metering (e.g., bots, scripts, emulators).
Distribute malware or attempt to access non-public areas.
Resell, rent, or commercially exploit the App without prior written consent.
The App may display banner, interstitial, native, and rewarded ads.
Completing a rewarded ad may grant temporary benefits (e.g., time-limited ad removal) as described in-app.
Ad availability and rewards may be affected by network or platform conditions; we will use reasonable efforts to restore expected behavior.
Paid features (e.g., ad removal / Pro) are processed via Google Play Billing.
Store policies govern eligibility, withdrawal of consent, refunds, and chargebacks, subject to applicable law.
Fraudulent purchases, sharing/transfer/resale of entitlements are prohibited.
If subscriptions are introduced, the price, billing cycle, renewal, and cancellation terms shown in the store will apply.
The App integrates third-party services/SDKs (e.g., Google AdMob, Google Play Billing, and optionally Firebase).
Your use of such services may also be governed by the third party’s terms and policies, which you should review.
Our processing of personal data is described in the PriceWise Privacy Policy.
Price/weight inputs are processed locally on your device for calculation and are not sent to our servers, as described in the policy.
The App may request permissions such as Network access (required) and Storage/Photos & Media (optional) for saving/sharing results.
Disabling permissions may limit certain features.
We may suspend or modify the App, in whole or in part, if reasonably necessary, including for:
Maintenance, updates, security, or operational needs;
Force majeure (e.g., outages, disasters) or carrier/platform constraints.
Where feasible, we will provide reasonable notice in advance or as soon as practicable.
THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND AVAILABILITY.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR BUSINESS, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for our willful misconduct or gross negligence where such limitation is prohibited by law.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Flowbit Labs and its affiliates from any claims, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or applicable law, or your misuse of the App.
You may stop using the App at any time (e.g., by uninstalling it).
We may restrict or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms or create risks to the App or others. Where reasonable, we will provide notice.
Unless otherwise required by consumer protection laws in your country, these Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
The parties agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Seoul Central District Court for the first instance, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the App and supersede prior agreements.
If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
