Disrupting Civil Events
Class-D's and hostile groups (e.g. CI, GRU-P) may not attack or kill others without a valid reason. Here are some examples of valid reasons:
A Class-D/Hostile encounters a civil personnel that reports their presence outside on the radio.
A Class-D/Hostile encounters a civil personnel that brandishes a firearm in self-defence.
A Class-D/Hostile encounters any civil personnel assisting healing/reviving any combative.
A Class-D/Hostile encounters a combative personnel (e.g., Security, MTF) who poses a threat or is expected to act on sight.
A Class-D/Hostile killing medical personnel.
A Class-D/Hostile killing their hostage.
A Class-D/Hostile killing an executive.
Class-Ds and Hostiles can engage combative personnel at their own discretion—whenever, however. But they cannot attack non-hostile, passive players without cause. Here are some violations:
A Class-D/Hostile killing a passive Foundation Personnel in HOC who is unarmed and not reporting their presence.
A Class-D/Hostile killing non-combative and/or passive test/check-up participants. (e.g., ScD, MD, unarmed spectators, Class-Ds)
