  1. Acceptance - By using PressureSense, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the app.

  2. Not Medical Advice - PressureSense provides informational insights based on your self‑reported symptoms and weather data. It is not medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical concerns.

  3. User Responsibilities - You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter. Do not use the app for emergencies.

  4. Subscriptions & Billing - Premium features are available via subscription. Pricing and billing are handled by Google Play (and Apple if available). Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your store account settings.

  5. Data & Privacy - Your data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. By using the app, you agree to our Privacy Policy.

  6. Availability - We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the app at any time. We are not liable if the app is unavailable.

  7. Limitation of Liability - To the fullest extent allowed by law, PressureSense and its owners are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use of the app.

  8. Changes to Terms - We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app means you accept the updated Terms.
