PressureSense(TM) (“the App”) is an informational application designed to help users explore relationships between weather conditions and self-reported symptoms. The App does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

This Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, and protected.

1. Information We Collect

a. Location Information

The App uses approximate location data to retrieve local weather and barometric pressure information.

• Location data is used only while the App is in use

• Location data is not stored long-term

The App allows users to voluntarily enter:

• Symptom severity ratings

c. Weather Data

Weather and pressure data are retrieved from third-party weather services using approximate location coordinates. No personally identifiable information is transmitted with these requests.

• User-entered data is stored locally on the device

3.1 Optional Account and Subscription Features

PressureSense may offer optional freemium or subscription-based features in future versions of the App.

If users choose to enable account-based features, limited account information may be collected, such as:

• Email address (if required for account creation)

• Subscription status

This information would be used solely to:

• Manage access to subscription features

• Restore purchases across devices

No account information is used for advertising or sold to third parties.

3.2 Payments and Subscription Processing

On Android, subscriptions are processed through Google Play Billing. PressureSense does not collect or store payment card information.

For future iOS versions, subscription management may be handled through RevenueCat, a third-party service used to manage in-app subscriptions across platforms. RevenueCat may process limited subscription-related data (such as purchase status and anonymous identifiers) solely for subscription management purposes.

PressureSense does not receive or store users’ payment details.

4. Data Sharing

PressureSense does not:

• Sell personal data

• Share data with advertisers

• Use third-party analytics or tracking SDKs

• Engage in cross-app tracking

5. Children’s Privacy

PressureSense is not intended for children under the age of 13. The App does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

6. User Control

Users may:

• Delete logged symptoms at any time within the App

• Disable location access via device settings

• Uninstall the App to remove all locally stored data
