Conceptual Publishing Office

My goal for the space was to create a modern, contemporary aesthetic while making sure to focus on the functionality. I spent a great deal of time space planning and coming up with what I believe to be the best use of the awkwardly shaped house. My renderings highlight the reception/waiting area, as well as the conference room, which I believe are the two most important spaces in the office when it comes to collective productivity and client satisfaction.
