Departmental Infrastructure
The department has moved to its current location on top of the Baker Building in 2017, where it has about 10,000 square feet of space.
Lecture rooms: The Department presently has seven fully air conditioned lecture rooms, among them are five class rooms and two seminar rooms of which three rooms have projectors.
Faculty offices: Each faculty member has individual offices with personal computers. Working space is available also for visitors, and there is a discussion room with pantry facilities.

Computational Facilities and Labs
Computer Facilities: Departmental computer laboratory which is mostly accessed by students, presently has thirty computers. Also, Department has nine workstations with one heavy duty machine having 8-core and 32 GB RAM. Department has excellent printing facilities with five heavy duty (including one color) printers.
Research Scholar’s Lab: There are two separate research laboratories each with individual seating arrangements and computers for 25 research fellows.
Library
In addition to the Central library, our Departmental Library has more than 1450 books and 200 e-books. AMS-MathScinet and other journals published by Elsevier, Springer etc. subscriptions are also available through the university network.
Departmental Library is supported by NBHM Library Grant and DST-FIST Infrastructure Grant.
Department provides free Wi-Fi for students and faculties alike for use of academic purposes.
