Privileged to be guided by seasoned researchers in domains like numerical combustion analysis, microfluidics and interfacial engineering enabled me to diversify my research experience. I did numerical simulations of reacting flows and multiphase fluids and performed computational combustion for variety of gas mixtures. Further, with the able support bestowed by my parent institute (National Institute of Technology Calicut) and my mentor Prof. Sumer Dirbude, I explored methods in experimental fluid mechanics at MDHS Lab, CeNSE, IISc Bengaluru. Here, I collaborated with (Dr.) Rutvik Lathia, Saravana KD and AS Nandan, doctoral students of Prof. Prosenjit Sen (PI of MDHS Lab) and extensively investigated properties of liquid marbles. Further, my master's thesis was a result of seamless collaboration of my advisors at NIT-C and CeNSE, IISc.

Final year project is mandated for the partial fulfillment towards completion of the Bachelor degree. The project involved analysing a cantilever beam undergoing forced as well as free vibrations. The results aided in verification of the Euler-Bernoulli hypothesis of bending stresses in beams. The experimental setup acted as a supplement to the theories learnt in the classroom.
