Currently a doctoral student at the Centre for Interdisciplinary Programs , Indian Institute of Technology Hyderabad, being co-advised by Prof. Ranabir Dey and Prof. Anupam Gupta (Soft Matter & Microswimmers Group). With a background in Mechanical Engineering and a specialisation in Energy Engineering, I am eager to begin my research journey and reach the pinnacle of academia. My research competencies are shaped in an interdisciplinary environment shaping my research interests in experimental fluid mechanics and soft matter physics, microfluidics, interfacial engineering and phase change transport phenomenon. I am excited about the prospect of collaborating within an interdisciplinary research group. I aim to leverage my skills and knowledge to contribute meaningfully to projects pushing innova positive change.
2029 - PhD (Centre for Interdisciplinary Programs)
(Indian Institute of Technology, Hyderabad)
2024 - MTech in Energy Engineering and Management
(National Institute of Technology Calicut)
2022 - BE in Mechanical Engineering
(RTM Nagpur University)
I have done work on problems in interfacial engineering and transport phenomenon, from droplets to FSI, from freezing to combustion. Developed skills in experimental fluid mechanics, microfluidics and CFD.
The projects showcased here leverage computational tools and techniques. From commercial codes like Ansys to open-source codes like OpenFOAM. From conjugate heat transfer analysis to computational combustion.
