Advice for friends

This video is well worth 4 minutes of your time whether you are grieving for your own losses or want to help someone that is grieving. It answers the tricky question of what do you do, what do you say when faced with an unknowable pain. How do you fix it? The answer here is that you don't. Acknowledgement of that pain is more helpful than trying to fix the unfixable.

This video is taken from the site Refuge in Grief and on that site are many more resources like this that you may find helpful.
