Dispositional Values

Stress Management slide presentation is an artifact representing advocacy. The small group was identified as one who was having issues in class and skipping class. The students were going through stress in their personal life, academically, and socially. When the group was identified it was a great opportunity to advocate for them, the students were depressed, feeling anxious, and not knowing how to handle stress. The students identified were failing and not knowing how demonstrate their feelings. 

The Cultural Counseling Presentation is an artifact for  Respect for the Diversity of Others: 

It is important to be inclusive and demonstrate that we are human and unique. Embracing our roots and sharing multicultural diversity. 

 The Suicidal/Homicidal Protocol Presentation is an artifact of the dispositional value of Curiosity. It is important to ask various key questions to help those in need, and those whose are considering suicidal ideation. 

The presentation of Children of Divorce is an artifact for the Dispositional value of Compassion. Students go through their days having internal struggles and school counselors it is important to have compassion for every child who has lost a parent or have two homes. It is not easy to manage the different situations at home, personal, sports, friendships and another family and home. Its important to understand their story and validate it.
