1. Get your username and password
Your username and password should be sent to your personal email address before you begin your course. You'll use the same login details for each year you continue to study with us.
If you have not received your login details before you are invited to register, check your junk/spam folders. If you can't find your details, contact our IT team by emailing ITServiceDesk@gre.ac.uk or calling +44(0)20 8331 7555.

Action items are the stages of Online Registration. You'll need to read through the instructions for each Item and confirm or update the information on the screen.
If there is missing or incorrect information that you can't correct on the action item screen, you can raise a query and track its progress through your Query Tracker.
4. Follow the guidance on the 'Next Steps' completion screen
This final action item will confirm that you have completed your Online Registration and let you know what to do next.

You will have received an email from the university asking you to register, this will include a link and log in details. Your log in details will be your P number as your username and your date of birth in the format DD/MM/YY as your password. Make sure that you include the ‘P’ for your username.
If you are logging in for the first time you will be requested to change your password from your date of birth. Use the ‘Click here’ link to change your password.
Accessing the Form: Click on the tile with the name of the program you will be studying, and make sure it says Registration-Open
The Form: The first screen in the form will give you details about how to fill in that section, make sure you read these instructions carefully.
Use the menu on the left-hand side to move between sections of the form. Use the ‘save’ function throughout to make sure you don’t lose any details while completing the form. Mandatory fields will be marked with a red asterisk. Make sure all these fields are filled in before you click register.
Tips:
Click other for qualifications if you can’t find your qualification listed.
In the Registration ID and Photo Upload section make sure you carefully read the text before uploading any photos. Make sure you upload the right photo in the relevant section. You must use a photo in a .jpg format. If your photo is not in this format, use the save as function to save the photo you wish to upload as a .jpg
Once you have completed all the mandatory fields, and agreed to the terms and conditions, use the ‘register’ button to submit your form

Once your CAS letter has been issued, you will receive a Registration Email - this will provide you with a link to the registration page and provide important information you will need to register. Please also check your spam/junk folder or if you have applied through an Agent check if they have received your email. If you have not received this email please contact registration@bangor.ac.uk providing your student ID number (500……) to request the email is resent.
2. Complete online enrolment – you will be required to provide:
• Personal details
• Visa details - if you have NOT yet applied for or received your visa, in the visa section enter:
visa number - 123456789; visa start date - today’s date. This will allow you to complete this section and move on to the next section
• Education history
• Confirmation of degree
• Selection of modules – if you are having trouble completing your module selection or have questions please contact your academic school for advice.
• Fee payment

You will receive an email from our IT department to your personal email account with details of your new username for your IT account. You will need to enter your new username to set your password.
If you don't receive this email before you start, please contact the IT service desk +44 (0) 1274 233333).
If you’re having trouble with your password after you’ve set it, you can reset your password.
Once you've set your password for your IT account you will be asked to sign in to e:Vision to complete your online enrolment.
You will be asked to agree to the University's terms and conditions as laid out in the Student Contract as well as confirm your personal details and provide further information. You will also need to upload a photo of yourself for your student card and a copy of your ID document.
Make sure you read our guidance about the style of your photo and guidance on how to upload it.
When you complete the online enrolment process you will receive a confirmation email.

All students must matriculate (register as a student).
An email inviting you to matriculate will be sent a few weeks before your course start date.
Please check your University of Dundee email account for important updates. Make sure to check your Junk folder too.
The matriculation task is visible as a tile on eVision as well as from Main Menu on the left hand-side.
If you have studied at the University previously, please ensure you select the correct record from the drop down menu when you log into eVision.
Status: If your status if showing as 'CT', this means that you have successfully completed the matriculation task.

Complete your online registration (you will also need to upload a copy of your visa)
Upload your photo via Photo Manager (this will be printed on your Student Card)
Enrol for the Password Manager Service
