How to book University Accommodation:
Select the university as your firm choice before applying for accommodation
Go to the Application Status Tracker and enter your details.
Once you have confirmed your status and created a password you will be able to access the halls application pages.
When you receive an offer of a room in a university hall of residence, you need to pay a deposit to secure the room. You also sign an Accommodation Licence Agreement for the period of your stay.

How to book University Accommodation:
We use an online room-booking system for those with unconditional firm and conditional firm offers – if this is you, we will email you with login instructions, including a link to the login page.
As part of the login process, you will need to create your own password. Selecting the 'Generate new password' button on the login page will send you an email containing a temporary password. You can then use this to login, after which you will be prompted to change the password to one of your own choosing.
Once online, you will be able to choose your hall of residence and room. We recommend you look at all the options and consider alternatives in case your first choice is full - all rooms are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Please read our terms and conditions as you will not be able to make your provisional booking unless you accept them.
To make your provisional booking you will need:
Your DMU reference number
Your password
A credit/debit card to pay £200 to secure your room.

How to book University Accommodation:
To book a room, create an online account and log in. Select the academic year you wish to book for, then you can choose the property, your room, and tenancy length, pay your deposit, and accept the room offer within a few minutes. If you have any special requests or requirements, please use the 'Create Application' route.
Once an application is processed and a room offer is made, you have 3 calendar days to accept the offer and pay the deposit. Once these steps are done, the booking is complete, and you have entered a legally binding contract.

How to book University Accommodation:
You will need your Edinburgh Napier Number, which is displayed on your Unconditional Offer letter under the Uni ID section
You will need to submit your online application as soon as possible to ensure availability
When booking accommodation via the booking portal, ENUIC students need to select EN International College option, NOT the UG or PG option
Once you've submitted your application successfully you will get a confirmation email sent to you. It will take the University 4 working days to respond with an offer of accommodation or further information.
You will need to make your £500 advance rent payment within 72 hours of receiving your offer of accommodation. Please note, ENU do not accept Maestro payments. If your visa gets refused, you will need to produce evidence ASAP in order to get £500 will be refunded to you.
You will need complete and upload a guarantor form, payment schedule and online induction within 3 days of receiving your accommodation reservation email.

You’ll be able to book your accommodation once you have been issued a Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies (CAS) letter.
To start an application you will need to register for an account. Only your surname, date of birth, and Kent Applicant ID number (which is displayed on your Unconditional Offer letter under the Uni ID section) is needed to create a new username and password.
You will need to submit your online application via the following booking portal: https://kx-web.kent.ac.uk/MyAccommodation/. Reserving any hall, with the exception of Medway, does not require a deposit payment or the need for a guarantor.
Once you have successfully applied online, you will receive an automated email message confirming receipt of your application.
The offers of accommodation will be sent from accomm@kent.ac.uk so please ensure that this address is saved.
Once you have been emailed your offer, you’ll need to log back into the MyAccommodation Portal and will have 48 hours to either accept or decline your offer there. If you need to extend your deadline by a day or so for some extra thinking time, contact us within the 48 hours and we can do this for you.
You’ll then need to complete your accommodation e-induction. At the end of this process, you’ll be asked to register your arrival date, which will let us know when you are aiming to arrive on campus. You can also log in to the MyAccommodation Portal to update your expected arrival date up to 48 hours before you’re due to arrive (any later than this just email us).
