Essential Attitudes and Focus before prayer

It's entirely OK to pray for help (It is not prideful. Jesus taught us to pray, so it's not a matter if we are worthy to pray. You're developing a relationship with him this way)

When you're dealing with demons, it is not an evil thing to pray to God or pray commands in Christ' authority. It is not prideful

Main Tasks for overall deliverance from spirits / demons

1. Find Help

   • DO NOT BE ALONE! Demons like to isolate and discourage you from being with people, especially people of faith

   • Prevent any form of accidents or self harm in the first place by removing objects/trigger environments etc.

2. Repentance Daily

   • you can repent, forgive, and ask for holy spirit at the same time here  (Note that repentance does not always mean the demon(s) leaves) Ignore anything from the demon that's repeatedly telling you to repent. Repent daily anyways or as needed from your own convictions and do not confuse the demon's behaviors and thoughts for your own.

   • I revoke all powers, ranks, assignments, belongings, weaponries, kingdoms, minions on the demon(s) in Jesus' name

   • I break, renounce all contracts, agreements, marriages, covenants, curses between myself and them / from all spirits of

7. Deliverance

   • Deliverance prayers against demons does NOT glorify demons, they like to force their demonic doctrine to discourage you from getting free such as "You have no respect for authority / demons" - God does not punish people. It is our own actions of sin that encourages demons to attack, not the hand of God

8. Focus on a relationship with Jesus (Yehoshua / Yehoshua / Yehusha / Yeshua): and don’t lose focus and listen to the devil, it don’t matter if he is saying die or anything. God is in control and your life is in his hands and hew knows how to care for you.

9. Fill yourself through Infilling: Holy Spirit and Communion Daily/Often

Big note, the demon(s) may most likely try to influence you to avoid deliverance and doing deliverance prayers on yourself, especially if they start saying "You're too prideful" or "You're too ..... insert sin/insult" or shift your behavior toward sin and guilt and shame and push you away from knowing who God (Yahweh) and Yehoshua / Yeshua (Jesus) really is and may 'paint' a bad picture about God. Basically anything contrary to the word of God to have you believe in a lie, so use scriptures

They like to feed on your guilt, shame, anxiety, anger, traumas (video. watch please), so be sure you surround yourself in Good people of faith and in Yehoshua / Yeshua (Jesus) who is (John 14:6) Amplified Bible 6 Jesus said to him, “[a]I am the [only] Way [to God] and the [real] Truth and the [real] Life; no one comes to the Father but through Me.

Before and After Deliverance

Before each deliverance / exorcism session

1. Pray for protection

   1. Ask for angels to protect the persons and environment

   2. Pray the blood of Jesus for the environment

   3. Repent

After each deliverance session, it is very important to do protection prayers such as psalm 91

1. THIS IS THE MOST IMPORTANT Read (Consume) your Bible you can get delivered as you read the bible through revelations, understanding God's words and realizing the truth of God's words and who God (Yud Hey Vav Hey, Adonai Elohim Tsebaoth) and Jesus really is (Such as he is without sin. He is NOT evil.) and what they want us to do and more:

   • at least 1 chapter a day

   • twice a day or once a day 2 chapters

   • or 30 minutes to 1 hr

   • or 1 hr for after/before each meal you take (You're eating the word of God)

   • But he (Yehoshua / Yeshua / Jesus) answered, “It is written, “‘Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that comes from the mouth of God.’”

2. Prayers:

   • “And when you pray, do not use meaningless repetition as the Gentiles do, for they think they will be heard because of their many words. 8So do not be like them [praying as they do]; for your Father knows what you need before you ask Him.

     • James 1:6-9 Amplified Bible 6 But he must ask [for wisdom] in faith, without doubting [God’s willingness to help], for the one who doubts is like a billowing surge of the sea that is blown about and tossed by the wind. 7 For such a person ought not to think or expect that he will receive anything [at all] from the Lord, 8 being a double-minded man, unstable and restless in all his ways [in everything he thinks, feels, or decides].

   • Protection

     • pray 2 times a day psalms 91 (for use in exorcism and 7 times for ) and psalms 46  and psalms 23 and psalms 109 - 

     • Pray the lord's prayer - this can help to relieve you whilst repeating if it gets intense

     • stay in grace and keep the commandments

   • Pray in the morning and before sleep ideally

   • Advanced (1 hour session of prayer) 3x daily

   • And pray every night with what was given to you earlier

   • Praying in tongues [Academic / research article]

   • You can get the most reliable help when you pray with more than 1 person for deliverance, especially with pastors or deliverance ministers so you wont get fooled by demonic activity being against you (Please try your best not to be alone if your will is manipulated to the point where you cannot do anything.)

     • Discipline and Prayer

3. Fast intermittently daily abstaining from food for 6 hrs. Can drink caffeine 0 calorie drinks and water no calories.

4. Health

   • Get enough sunlight

   • Be sure you're getting enough And concerning health. I’m getting for you to take in vitamin D as your lacking in it. And magnesium as well as your not eating much red meat. And you will feel better as well. And eat healthy foods

   • B12 supplements

   • Before deliverance session with minister, fast 12 hours

   • Someone fasted 36 hours (1.5 Days) to be free during exorcisms

   • Some fasting may be 3 days to 7 days or rarely even more, consult your deliverance minister

   • If IT incites “panic”: say “Jesus Christ rebukes you, your tongue’s bound, it’s already done.“ (credit to Joshua Grimm)

   • WARNING: Do not let them provoke you, anger they like to absorb it, Fear is the same thing, so is vengeance [reading]

     •  Don’t threaten IT. “Hell” & “Fire” make IT fight harder and they’re scary words (fear feeds IT) Torture belief hurts Christianity. TORTURE IS THE DEVILS WORST ENERGY, IT’S A LIE.

   • Take every thought captive and fight against the thoughts. [Details here]

   • If you hear any voice you must practice discernment and stick with the belief that any voice = not God and is of the Anti-Christ no matter how reasonable it seems. It's connected to Divination, and Familiar spirits or the demon itself masquerading as anything it wants to persuade you to agree with it.

     • Here is an example of a tricky demon / counterfeit spirit / false spirit / fake spirit that tries to convince that the person is having a relationship with God.

       1. Stick to scripture to be 100% sure if the spirit is of God or not, but 100% if you hear a voice or a random vision comes into your mind intrusively or if you get instant 'answers' from prayer then it's almost 100% a demon/spirit, do not heed it's 'commands'

       2. For very wicked spirits, some may pretend to help you with bible verses / scripture, do not heed

     • Moreover, anyone who is being tormented by witches or demons should try to remain calm and often repeat the prayer, "Jesus I trust in you." [reading]

   • If you're dealing with voices or thoughts: They like to distract you. I know it can be very hard to focus on God when this happens but answers from God will come to you easily as you move forward.

10. Holy places

    • Go to a holy-spirit-filled church (people who are passionate about Jesus and are followers of the commandments and who believes that believers can case out demons (New Testament and Old Testament)

    • It is not required to go to a place for worship or prayer but it can help if your environment is not healthy

    • Visit a holy spirit filled church (You will be able to tell) regularly

12. Anoint yourself nightly as well with anointing oil.

13. And meet for deliverance weekly these next couple weeks or months.

    • Keep an eye on your dreams

14. Ask for the holy spirit infilling and/or the Holy Spirit version of the Lord's prayer.

15. If you are experiencing demonic possession or intense level of attacks, (lots of voices, threatening voices, despair, deep sadness) please do not be alone in this.
