After reading some comments I just want to clarify what Jesus said about deliverance from demons:
Putting the verse in context:
Jesus was talking to his disciples about praying & fasting in order to deliver OTHER people.
Though self deliverance is possible, that’s not the context
You may want to seek out a born again believer to deliver you.
Jesus said, where two or more are gathered in His name, He will be there also.
Also, one has to be born again. Sins atoned for by the blood of Jesus Christ dying on the cross for the atonement, forgiveness of sin. In which the Holy Spirit now takes up residence in the believer. Bringing the believer into a covenant with God. Only then will you have Jesus’ POWER to deliver any evil spirits, only in His name!
According to isiah Saldivar and Jesus. Deliverance is children's bread. But that's not always the case. As a believer don't have to wait for a pastor. Source 1. Source 2 Source 3
Prayer & fasting in and of its self has no power without the cleansing of the blood of Jesus.
It’s only a POWERLESS ritual and religion. Requires RELATIONSHIP.

Generally best people are those who are leading the groups who have tremendous faith, Pastors, Preachers, Priest Exorcist (archdiocese: call them in your local area for an exorcist Catholic, you need to already been involved in communion, mass, and church visiting.)
Alternative is to have Christian monks, dedicated members of cathedrals/Churches/Monastery to pray over you or even listening to online prayers, Gregorian chants online continuously, even when they recite scripture. Benedictine monks (example), monks of 'Abbeys' (example), or even monasteries (monastery of Silo), or even Carmelites
It is one of the best ideas to have the holy spirit to fill you after deliverance / exorcism to help prevent.
Be sure that when you bind and cast out, you bind the demons and cast them out to the foot of the cross / to the pit ***
For those who do these prayers. It is vital to repent.
Go to repentance (stop sinning, and turn away from sin, and focus on God (prayers of repentance), learn the commandments from New testament) and pray to God before trying to do Exorcisms.
I do not recommend doing exorcisms on other people unless you are living a holy life / not living in sin.
There are reports of people attempting to cast out demons only to get possessed or the demon jumps to other people.

What the content creator did here is actually dangerous because WE CANNOT SELF EXORCISE (WE CAN DO SOME LAITY DELIVERANCE PRAYERS) BUT FOR THOSE THAT ARE IN CERTAIN STAGES OF DEMONIC 1) INFESTATION 2) OBSESSION 3) REPRESSION 4) POSSESSION (Even this can have certain stages too depending on the individual'/family's specific circumstances. Why? "Exorcise 1 and 7 comes back in it's place".
It's also a form of syncretism since I looked at the bulk of his work he or she delves in new age religion, including kundalini etc etc etc which the Catholic church absolutely advises against (see, no one is actually forcing anyone to do, they are just guiding us to do the right thing to help save our own souls. The bell thing is also off putting since it further distracts you fron what the spoken words are actually saying in low volume so as we cannot fully understand (even if it is in latin) what are being said.
What I suggest we do is go to our diocese exorcist or even a a priest well versed in latin for a temporary fix of deliverance prayers while we wait for the bug guns to arrive. I suggest following / subscribing to Msgr. Stephen Rosetti and St. Michael Center for Spiritual Renewal here in youtube (they also have 'Exorcism' app in google play/apple store that has ALL prayers necessary during deliverance (DON'T EVEN TRY TO LOOK AT THE EXORCISM PRAYERS FOR THE CLERGY/ORDAINED/RELIGIOUS PEOPLES, THOSE BE DANGEROUS AND WE DON'T WANT THAT. WE WANT TO BE SAVED, NOT FURTHER FALL INTO THE PAINS OF (EARLY) HELL. I'M TALKING FROM EXPERIENCE HERE; they do worldwide deliverance and healing sessions (next slot is on April 15th, 2024) not just in the United States, so please include them in our prayers. These are valuable assets we have for the fight for our very souls. The demons be ever so sad, desperate, and pathetic that they'll attack to anyone and ANYTHING (unclean animals) to just not go to hell.

Pray the latin rosary daily (16 to 18 minutes daily mysteries if you are all so "pressed for time", but the ones I do daily is 1 hr 41 minutes (from another content creator), and 2 hrs 47 minutes (from Cecilia; 'Journey Deeper' here in youtube),
