Importance of the Body and Blood of Christ:
"If you have received Jesus as your Lord and Savior, you have been made worthy by the blood of the Lamb."
“Three Things I Fear” The devil said.
Our Holy Fathers fought the devil in hand to hand combat. Very often they talked to him and learned his “secrets. In one such discussion, the devil was forced to confess to an ascetic,
“There are three things I fear:
First, what the Christians hang about their necks (the Cross);
second, the bath they take in church (Confession);
and third, what they eat and drink in church (Holy Communion).”
Now note this: he feared these things so much that he wouldn’t even refer to them. And the devil added to the holy ascetic: “What I fear most of all is what the Christians eat and drink in church, provided, of course, they do so with a clear conscience.”
We are like fire-breathing lions to the demons when we take communion (says St. John Chrysostom): “As lions breathing fire, so do we depart from that table, having become terrible to the demons.”

4 Prayer to receive the baptism in the Holy Spirit
Heavenly Father, I come to You in the Name of Jesus, Your Son, Who has saved me.
I repent of my sins and ask You to wash me clean by the Blood of Jesus. Jesus said, “And I will ask the Father, and He will give you another Helper (Comforter, Advocate, Intercessor—Counselor, Strengthener, Standby), to be with you forever—the Spirit of Truth, whom the world cannot receive [and take to its heart] because it does not see Him or know Him, but you know Him because He (the Holy Spirit) remains with you continually and will be in you.”
John 14:16 (AMP) In Mark 1:8, John the Baptist promised that while he baptized with water, You would baptize with the Holy Spirit and fire. So, Lord, I ask You to baptize me with Your Holy Spirit and fire. I am thankful as I ask for your empowerment and fire, it will refine me into who you have called and created me to be.
I know You indwelled me at my salvation (John 20:22; Romans 8:9).
Now, I ask You to fill me to overflowing with Your Presence, Your power, and Your joy.
You promised in Acts 1:5-8 that Your disciples would receive power and ability when the Holy Spirit would come upon us.
You promised to give us power to be Your witnesses even to the ends of the earth.
This wonderful promise was fulfilled at the Feast of Pentecost in Jerusalem, as described in Acts 2.
I pray the Holy Spirit come upon me now. I yield myself to You.
I pray you breathe on me a breath of refreshment and empowerment.
I receive by faith the baptism of the Holy Spirit.
I welcome you, Holy Spirit, in the Name of Jesus.
Thank You for empowering me for Your service. Fill me with boldness and courage to speak Your Word with power.
I receive this wonderful empowerment by faith. As promised in John 14:26, send me the Holy Spirit, the Advocate, to teach me all things and remind me of everything You teach in Your Word.
I desire spiritual gifts according to Your Word and ask You to grant me Your spiritual giftings according to Your will for my life. I joyfully accept Your gifts for me, in Jesus’ Name.

First with respect to the cup:
‘We give you thanks, our Father, for the holy vine of David, your child, which you made known to us through Jesus your child. To you be the glory forever.’
And with respect to the fragment of bread:
‘We give you thanks, our Father, for the life and knowledge that you made known to us through Jesus your child. To you be the glory forever.
As this fragment of bread was scattered upon the mountains and was gathered to become one, so may your church be gathered together from the ends of the earth into your kingdom. For the glory and the power are yours through Jesus Christ forever.’
But let no one eat or drink from your thanksgiving meal unless they have been baptized in the name of the Lord. For also the Lord has said about this, ‘Do not give what is holy to the dogs.’
And when you have had enough to eat, you shall give thanks as follows:
‘We give you thanks, holy Father, for your holy name which you have made reside in our hearts, and for the knowledge, faith and immortality that you made known to us through Jesus your child. To you be the glory forever.
You, O Master Almighty, created all things for the sake of your name, and gave both food and drink to humans for their refreshment, that they might give you thanks. And you graciously provided us with spiritual food and drink and eternal life through your child.
Above all we thank you because you are powerful. To you be the glory forever. Remember your church, O Lord; save it from all evil, and perfect it in your love. And gather it from the four winds into your kingdom, which you prepared for it. For yours is the power and the glory forever.
May grace come and this world pass away. Hosanna to the God of David. If anyone is holy, let him come; if any one is not, let him repent. Maranatha! (Come, Lord!) Amen. (So be it.)
But permit the prophets to give thanks (or: ‘hold the eucharist’) as often as they wish.’” Didache 9. 10
Transliteration from The Interlinear Greek-English New Testament by Jay P. Green, Sr.:
1 Corinthians 11:23
For i received the Lord what also i delivered to you, that the Lord Jesus in the night in which He was betrayed took bread; and giving thanks He broke and said, Take, eat; this is My body which is broken on behalf of you; this do for remembrance of Me
1 Corinthians 11:28
But let a man examine himself, and so let him eat of the bread, and let him drink of the cup; for the (one) eating and drinking unworthily eats and drinks judgment to himself, not discerning the body of the Lord.
"The practice of communion is one of two ordinances in the church. The Bible does not specify how often communion should be observed. Communion is a time for reflection, not only on an individual’s sin and need of forgiveness but on the grace and love that Christ exhibited on the cross (John 3:16). As Christians take communion together, they demonstrate their union with each other and with Christ. Christians are reminded of Christ’s sacrifice and remind each other that He is coming again as they partake of communion together. Communion is a “common sharing in the Spirit” (Philippians 2:1) and an answer to Jesus’ prayer “that they may be one as We are one—I in them and You in Me—that they may be perfectly united” (John 17:22–23, BSB)."
John 6:53
53 So Jesus said to them, “Truly, truly, I say to you, unless you eat the flesh of the Son of Man and drink His blood, you have no life in yourselves. 54“He who eats My flesh and drinks My blood has eternal life, and I will raise him up on the last day. 55“For My flesh is true food, and My blood is true drink. 56“He who eats My flesh and drinks My blood abides in Me, and I in him. 57“As the living Father sent Me, and I live because of the Father, so he who eats Me, he also will live because of Me. 58“This is the bread which came down out of heaven; not as the fathers ate and died; he who eats this bread will live forever.”
Bread = (John 6:25-59)
30 So they asked him, “What sign then will you give that we may see it and believe you? What will you do? 31 Our ancestors ate the manna in the wilderness; as it is written: ‘He gave them bread from heaven to eat.’”
32 Jesus said to them, “Very truly I tell you, it is not Moses who has given you the bread from heaven, but it is my Father who gives you the true bread from heaven. 33 For the bread of God is the bread that comes down from heaven and gives life to the world.”
34 “Sir,” they said, “always give us this bread.”
35 Then Jesus declared, “I am the bread of life. Whoever comes to me will never go hungry, and whoever believes in me will never be thirsty.
41 At this the Jews there began to grumble about him because he said, “I am the bread that came down from heaven.”
48 I am the bread of life. 49 Your ancestors ate the manna in the wilderness, yet they died. 50 But here is the bread that comes down from heaven, which anyone may eat and not die. 51 I am the living bread that came down from heaven. Whoever eats this bread will live forever. This bread is my flesh, which I will give for the life of the world.”
Wine / Grapejuice / Juice =
28 This wine is my blood, which will be poured out to forgive the sins of many and begin the new agreement from God to his people. 29 I want you to know, I will not drink this wine again until that day when we are together in my Father’s kingdom and the wine is new. Then I will drink it again with you.”

It is clear to those with eyes to see that the forces of the New World Order seek to poison the food, air and water on our planet. For years, they have been introducing harmful genetically-modified products into our food supply, despite the widespread opposition and protests from consumers who do not wish to ingest them. More recently, as the globalists have taken quite blatant strides towards depopulation and technocratic fascism, rumours have begun to circulate (in some cases, with supporting evidence) of the deliberate contamination of our food and municipal water supplies with: graphene oxide; various chemicals to induce sterility, docility, gender confusion, hormone disruption, and insomnia; human remains; and even Nephilim DNA. The latter two ingredients, it is said, are intended to facilitate the spiritual degeneration and ruin of human populations, whilst making them more vulnerable to demonic interference. In these circumstances, we believe that it is wise to say a blessing over all food and drink before consumption. A short blessing for this purpose is suggested below.
With intent say out loud – I bless this food with the power of the Holy Spirit. In the name and by the authority of Jesus Christ, through the power of His blood and with the intercession of his angels, I bless this food to bring it to its highest state of frequency and purity for the healing, repair, regeneration, detoxification, and perfection of my mind, body and spirit. Amen.
Korban
"But you say, "If a man says to his father or his mother, "Whatever profit you might have received from me is Corban"-(that is a gift to God)…" (Mark 7:9-13).
This word refers to an offering or a sacrifice. Modern Assyrians call their Holy Communion service the Korban. In this passage Jesus was condemning a doctrine of the scribes and Pharisees that stated is you swore to give money to them, this released you from the obligation of using that money to support your needy elderly parents. Korban is both Hebrew and Aramaic. "KORBAN" meaning "a gift to God" has been found being used in an Aramaic inscription on an ossuary discovered in Israel.
