 As the Registration and Ground Executive for Mumbai Games Season 2 at Sportz Village XP, I played an important role in the seamless execution of the event, managing a range of responsibilities that contributed to the overall success of the sports performance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITES:

1.   Participant Registration:

• Efficiently managed the day-to-day registration process, ensuring a smooth experience for participants.

• Maintained a database of participants, ensuring accuracy and accessibility of information.

2. Communication:

• Acted as a central point of contact for participants, providing timely and accurate event information through various channels such as calls, emails and in-personal meetings.

• Addressed participant queries, concerns and provided necessary clarifications to enhance their overall experience.  

3. On-Ground Support:

• Played a crucial role in providing on-ground support during the event, assisting participants with queries, guiding them to relevant area and ensuring a positive and welcoming environment.

4. Scoreboard Management:

• Updated scores on Mumbai Games portal, contributing to the real-time visibility of event progress and results.

• Ensured accuracy in scorekeeping and collaborated with the technical team to address any issues. 

Achievements:

• Successfully managing a high volume of call and daily registrations, contributing to the record-breaking participation in Mumbai Games Season 

• Received positive feedback from participant for providing exceptional support and clear communication throughout the event
