In my PhD and Master Degree (July 2011 - April 2019), I have been associated with several undergraduate and postgraduate courses as a Teaching assistant. It includes numbers of responsibility which mainly accounts for the laboratory experiments instructor and the development of new experiments and their related manual preparation.
Laboratory Instructed:
Undergraduate Courses: Mechanical Workshop, Engineering Drawing, CNC Laboratory.
Postgraduate Courses: Micro-fabrication Laboratory, CNC Laboratory, Modeling and Simulation in Manufacturing systems.
Apart from aforementioned responsibilities, I also mentored some of the undergraduate and postgraduate major and minor projects. Some of the major projects were as follows:
Fabrication and analysis of micro-fluidic devices.
Optimization of machining process parameters for different metallic and non-metallic materials.
High speed micro-end milling of difficult to cut materials.
Fixture development for the inclined machining with three axis machines.
I was also associated with the GATE Academy as a tutor for several undergraduate courses such as: Industrial Engineering and Production Management, Operation Research, Manufacturing Engineering, Heat Transfer, Power Plant Engineering, Internal Combustion Engine among other courses.
