As a teaching assistant in the biology department, I have taught several courses ranging from Introductory biology to Evolution and Genetics. I have also helped to design lab activities that will engage students and to think beyond the syllabus. One such activity was Looking Out of Box(LooTB). It is part of a science communication activity where the students have to make a flyer addressing prevalent misunderstandings in biology. Their objective is to apply their comprehension to critically assess these misconceptions.

I strongly believe that to foster the scientific awareness of society, you have to communicate your findings to the community. Beyond research and teaching, I am involved in various outreach activities including mushroom forays, presentations, and interactive sessions.
