Helping Out Strangers

Once upon a time three women lived in a small town in Texas. They were named Beautiful, Ugly, and Very-Ugly. One day they were all talking about how much they hated being in a small town. They were the only young ones left. Everyone else was old and did not mind living in a small town.

Beautiful said to the other two, “Let’s leave this place and go to a bigger and better town. We will explore new things and make new friends. We will have an opportunity to live a better life.” The other two women were willing to go to a new city and see what will come of it. They were afraid of being alone in a dangerous city. They even told Beautiful that it might not be safe to go alone there.

Even after warning Beautiful they all decided to go ahead and go to the big city. It was the first day in a new place. They did not know where to start or where they should go first. They started touring around and just going from one place to the next. All day went by and it was night time. Beautiful, Ugly and Very-Ugly were just walking in town but they realized they could not find their wallet.

They were so scared that they did not know what to do or were to go. They were so lost in a new town. Beautiful thought of an idea. She said she will use her beauty to ask a young man for help. Ugly and Very-Ugly agreed to get help that way. They see a couple walk by who happens to be Rama and Sita. Beautiful said, "Hey guys can you help me find my wallet. I have no idea where I left it and I am so scared. I don't know where to go"

Sita says, "Do not worry honey we will find find your wallet. Where did you put it last?" Beautiful replied, "I went to the movies then just toured around." "Okay lets go back to the movie theater. Don't you worry" said Sita. It had been over an hour since they were looking for their wallet. Sita said, "you just have left it somewhere else and by now someone probably stole it"

Beautiful said, "This makes me so very sad. It is only our first day in a new town and it has already turned out to be a bad trip. I just want to go home now back to the small town that we came from." Sita being a nice person she invited them to her house. Sita insisted, "Hey girls why don't you just come to our home. It is already very late and you girls not being familiar with the city might be dangerous. We live just couple minutes away from here and we wouldn't mind company right, Rama?" " Oh of course not we would love to have you", Rama said.

Beautiful, Ugly and Very-Ugly went over to Rama and Sita's house. Even though it was not their own home it still felt like home.

My story was inspired by The Three Fishes . Rather than the characters being fishes I made them bigger and into humans. I used the idea of the three characters being named by their looks just how it was in the story 'The Three Fishes'. Also I used the idea of the characters going to a new place from their old place because they did not like it in a small town. Next I combined this story into Rama and Sita's journey in a new town. I brought the women into a new town which also happened to be where Rama and Sita live. The three women needed help and Sita and Rama both help them as much as they can. They know being in a new town is not easy especially if its a big town. Rama and Sita are always helping people. Even in my story I decided that they are going to help the ladies. The help was just with a small issue of losing something and not something that Rama and Sita had to physically fight for but still it was helping them in some way. Then another way of helping them is by inviting them over to their house since it was so late.
