Wake up early and start your work early
Do exercise every day at least for an hour
Do yoga every day. -meditation.
Have a habit of reading good books.
Be always in the busy mode. (Dont waste your time)
Avoid social sites or application surfing without any reason.
Visit any social media or sites with planned agenda.
Don't visit or plan social media month morning tile till 12 noon.
Every day at least do one deep sessions. (try to achieve flow state for the work)
Dont plan a dat with 100 percent timing utilization - do plan only for 60 % of the days time. (Have free time available). Excluding sleeping 8 hours, out of 16 hours plan a time blocking only for 10 Hrs.
Divide total day time of 8 hours sleep, 8 hours family and 8 hours work.
Plan a day prior at early morning or a day before.
Preferer to be in void state for some time than consuming that time on social media without any reason - learn to enjoy your boredome.
Do follow the principle of minimalism.
Do follow the principle of 1-2-3: before responding to ant situation.
Grow each day - Growth is most important than Achievements.
Everyday review your day and see did you grow today.
