Maximizing Productivity with Strategic Time Blocking-
Imagine a jar filled with large pebbles, appearing completely full. However, there are still gaps between the big pebbles where smaller pebbles can fit. After adding the smaller pebbles, sand can then be poured into the jar, filling all the remaining spaces and making the jar 100% full.
Similarly, allocate blocks of time for major activities. Around these major tasks, fit in smaller tasks that can be completed quickly and require minimal brainpower. This way, you can maximize productivity by efficiently using all available time.
Data and place where you work has to be neat and clean. Management of the data, place is equally important like time management.
If work can be finished within 5 minutes, do it now (don't procrastinate)
Less use of mobile phones. Before using mobile phones make a list of what to do plan and then use it appropriately. (Don't scroll in any case)
Every Saturday does something out of box which will remunerate your next week.
Dont take naps after 4 pm in the daytime.

Also be with the people with whom you are confirmable (you also will be comfortable with people who are don't do any productive work at all be always stay distance form them ) and that will enhance your productivity.
Choose hard ways and challenge yourself: Many times we choose easy way as a short cut for the problems. But we also need to think about the sustainability of the solution
