AIESEC Portofolio
The AIESEC Portfolio is defined as a system of all the programs and services AIESEC provides to its stakeholders and how they are delivered by AIESEC. It includes explanation and guidance on how we engage people, the list of programs that the organization and its partners offer to young people, and the explanation and possible relationship opportunities with the alumni of the organization.
The purpose of the system is to provide young people the opportunity to explore and develop their leadership potential, preparing them to make a positive impact in any area they choose.
AIESEC Portofolio consists of three phases :
Engagement with AIESEC (EwA):
This phase includes all the activities, programs and products that AIESEC provides to spark an interest in young people with the organization and with the concept of leadership development.
Experiental Leadership Development (ELD):
This phase includes the authorized programs of the organization, which are the primary impact of AIESEC and aim to develop leadership qualities and skills in young people.
Life-Long Connection (LLC):
This phase includes all the activities related to the Alumni community.
Engagement with AIESEC (EwA)
Our Local Programs in Indonesia that engage young people with the concept of leadership development :
AIESEC Future Leaders : AFL is a 3-month program which consist of sessions for skill development spaces where participants can get coaching for soft & hard skills
Local Project : Local Project is known as a volunteering program through the virtual platform for 4 weeks. Through this program, we aim to enable young people to experience virtual volunteering programs in order to develop their leadership skills and increase the awareness of The Sustainable Development Goals to society.

Impact Circle : Impact Circle is a webinar event held by AIESEC in Indonesia to raise awareness about the SDGs and specific unfamiliar topics for Indonesia’s youth.
Youth Today : Youth Today is a webinar event held by AIESEC in Indonesia to connect youth to create awareness regarding the importance of developing their leadership.
Experiental Leadership Development (ELD)
Each program is an experience provided by the organization and our partners, and it aims to develop leadership in youth. For this, each program offers a set of services that allow the young person to experience an inner and outer journey, developing one or more qualities of our Leadership Development Model (LDM).

We consider an Alumni of AIESEC to be every person that was part of one of the ELD programs of the organization and voluntarily joins, formally or informally, the Entity's or the Global Alumni community.
