I have defended my doctoral dissertation in the Department of Applied Mechanics and Biomedical Engineering at the Indian Institute of Technology Madras, where my research focused on multiscale materials modeling and simulations. My work was supported by the Prime Minister’s Research Fellowship (PMRF), the most prestigious fellowship for doctoral research in India, and I was recognized with the Institute Research Award, IIT Madras. I was also a recipient of the AMPP EMERG India Scholarship, awarded for excellence in corrosion research. I am currently a Postdoctoral Researcher in the Department of Civil Engineering at IIT Madras.

Institute Research Award, IIT Madras (2025) – for excellence in research.
AMPP EMERG India Scholarship (2023-24), CORCON Institute of Corrosion – for research on "Characterizing the Corrosion Behavior of Metal Alloy Systems Using Computational Tools". The scholarship provided ₹1.5 Lakhs contingency funding towards research expenditure.
Prime Minister’s Research Fellowship (2021-25), Ministry of Education, Government of India – provided ₹27+ Lakhs stipend and ₹6+ Lakhs of contingency funding towards research expenditure. Received "Recommendation with commendation" for exemplary research in PMRF reviews (2022, 2023 and 2024).

Recipient of multiple awards at literary events; former member of the RIT Debating Society and current member of The Oratory Club at IIT Madras.

Tournament Director for the inaugural IITM Parliamentary Debating Tournament (2024).
Contributed to organizing various cultural events at both RIT and IIT Madras.
Participated in inter-hostel and departmental basketball and cricket tournaments.
