Established in 2002, Praeceptor Consulting is a family business with s a strong record of working with different companies and employees of all levels in a variety of ways to help develop staff and organisations.

Praeceptor Consulting understands these requirements and aims to inspire individuals to develop their personal potential. This could include the full cycle from identifying the way you work to setting up an effective performance management system integrated with personal development plans, competency role profiles, strategic objectives, training needs analysis and key performance indicators.

Praeceptor Consulting is accredited by the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM) and can offer you a choice of management development programmes to suit your training needs. These awards are recognised nationally and internationally.

Qualifications are available at levels 3 and 5 with a range of modules available within each level. Programmes are tailored to meet the specific requirements of the individual or the organisation. Workshop material is tailored to the specific sector or industry to encourage more effective transfer of learning to the workplace.

Candidates may start with an ILM Award and build on this by completing further modules towards a Certificate and Diploma. All modules offer credits towards further study at degree level.

Level 3 is aimed at first line managers or aspiring leaders studying for their first management qualification.

Level 5 is suited to middle and senior managers with a desire to further improve their leadership and management skills and knowledge.
