Available through blended learning or face-to-face workshops, candidates have the option to complete the Certificate or the Diploma. The ILM Level 3 and 5 programmes offer a choice of modules from the following: Becoming an Effective Leader, Leading Innovation and Change, Managing Projects, Delivering Professional Presentations, Managing Stress and Conflict, Managing Individual Development, Managing Meetings and Developing Critical Thinking.
