  • Developed Perl scripts to handle high critical issues and reduce false alarms.
  • Provided customer troubleshooting, support, and issue resolution.
  • Worked extensively on LINUX, Perl and basic concepts of Networking, Operating Systems, and Database management.

Internship Experience

Research Intern

Central Electronics Engineering Research Institute (CEERI), Chennai, India, Oct 2014 – May 2015

  • Developed a speech recognition module based on support vector machines using MATLAB.
  • Implemented the module in an Altium Designer board and achieved 97% efficiency. This work was an integral component of a smart watch project and it was done under the supervision of a scientist.
