Accommodations
The conference will use two venues for participant lodging, the International House on the campus of TMU, and the Toyoko Inn Hotel located in nearby Hashimoto. Participants can indicate their lodging preferences on the Registration Form. However, please note that only a very limited number of rooms are available in the International House, and most guests will be housed at the Toyoko Inn. Some additional information is included below.

International House
The International House is situated in the middle of the TMU campus, and is within a short walk of the Conference Hall. All rooms are non-smoking and provide internet access, as well as a kitchen with refrigerator. Note that breakfast is NOT provided for guests.

The cafe opens at 8:30am, but some foods can be purchased at 8:00am (Note: closed on February 12 due to a national holiday).
There are also supermarkets around campus to buy foods and daily necessities.

Toyoko Inn
The Toyoko Inn is located within a 5-minute walk of the Hashimoto Station. All rooms have internet access, and smoking/non-smoking rooms are available on request. A simple breakfast is provided.
Participants should allow at least 30-35 minutes to travel from the hotel to the Conference Hall, depending on the train you choose. Take a train from Hashimoto to Minami-Osawa, and then walk about 15 minutes from Minami-Osawa Station to the Conference Hall.
The organizers will hold non-smoking single rooms from February 11 (Sun) to February 17 (Sat) at the Toyoko Inn. If you would like to request a smoking room or a double room, or you have a different travel schedule, please indicate this on the Registration Form and inform the organizers as early as possible.
