Submission of abstracts for invited talks and poster contributions

To submit your abstract, please send it as a docx file to ppw2025@rub.de as soon as possible but not later than November 30, 2024. The template for the submission can be found here. You will then receive an email confirming submission of your abstract in the short term. The information about the acceptance of your poster contribution will follow on December 09, 2024. The Late News Poster Abstract Deadline is on January 10, 2025.

Conference fees 

Early Bird (until December 19, 2024): 320 Euro (per person incl. VAT)

Regular participation fee ( December 20, 2024 - January 15, 2025): 350 Euro (per person incl. VAT)

Additional Bus Transfer to and from Ilmenau: 150 Euro (per Person incl. VAT)

Cancellation and refund of the conference fee is possible until January 06, 2025.

Payment of the conference fee can be made by bank transfer or credit card (Visa/Mastercard)
