Origin Insider: Product & Marketing for the "Worst Company in America" **
In 2012 and 2013, Electronic Arts' Origin Insider Developer faced strong criticism from consumers and was even labeled the "Worst Company in America" by Consumerist due to dissatisfaction with our products. However, we took this feedback seriously and embarked on a journey to regain customer trust. We created a series of videos that not only highlighted product features and events but also used humor, humility, and accountability to connect with our audience. This approach proved successful in elevating our Net Promoter Score (NPS) significantly, showcasing how actively listening to and engaging with customers can lead to positive outcomes.
