Funds for the scholarship, initially provided directly by Dr. Rowley are now funded in part by the Power of Vision 3 on 3 Basketball Tournament and Tennis Tournament held each year in conjunction with Payson Golden Onion Days. Much of the donations are in large part from donations from community sponsorships. This scholarship has grown due to these sponsorships. We thank all who have contributed!
