Mechanics: 

• RS period is from February 01 – March 31, 2024 however, counting of units is per month. 

• To avail the incentive, the account(s) must be tagged in the system as CS with complete CS documents excluding CTS, with no findings and payment within 30 days from the date of reservation for local buyers and 45 days for overseas Filipino buyers. 

• Documents under RAP that can only be accepted are SPA for OF Buyers, provided that the document can be submitted within 60 days from RS date
