EASY SCHEME GUIDELINE:

- CS in 30 days to avail the discount

- Client is required to issue a guarantee check

- Account to be automatically cancelled if not taken out after the last DP

- Can be offered in-conjuction to existing project outright discounts

- A2A discount should be applied to the DP

- Effective 7.5%/2.5% *discount (A2A) discount shall be charged to project cost of the concered project

STANDARD NRFO GUIDELINES:

*For Spot 2.5% and 5%, remaining equity will be divided based on the DP

•  2.5% Spot DP, 7.5% in x no of months (Based on DP Term)

• 5% Spot DP, 5% in x no of months (Based on DP Term)

SWIFT LIPAT AGAD GUIDELINES:

- *for near rfo projects, client is required to sign a waiver agreeing on a later turnover date instead of the standard ALA move-in after 3 months DP
