Bathroom Addition
Bathroom additions are popular for older homes with multiple bedrooms sharing a single bathroom. A bathroom addition can provide a great solution for homeowners wanting private bathroom space for children and other members of the household. If you’re happy with your home and the location, consider a bathroom addition which can greatly increase the value of your property.
There are many options to consider when adding a bathroom to an existing house. The most common is the existing plumbing. The location of the new bathroom can be limited depending on the rough plumbing.
Other considerations are the type of bathroom fixtures and showers. While some prefer a bathtub, others may consider a standup shower. Bathtubs are often limited in design while standup showers offer limitless possibilities in size, design and material. Our designers can provide various options to meet the client’s individual needs with a conceptual layout and a 3D visualization of the space.

Bedroom Addition
There are multiple options available when considering a bedroom addition. Depending on the type of home, a bedroom addition can be build within the existing footprint by utilizing the space above a room on the first floor or by building out from the rear or side exterior wall. When possible, we always recommend to our clients to build above an existing space to save on the cost associated with excavation and new foundation walls. Based on your zoning regulations, building out may not be an option, specially for smaller lots. Our experienced designers and contractors an assist you with determining what options are available to you for your particular property.
The increased square footage of a bedroom addition will increase the value of your property while also making your home more marketable when it comes time for you to sell.
Garage Addition
A garage is a great option if you need to keep you vehicle away from the elements which may damage your car's exterior finish. It can also be great for storage of other items which would normally end up in the shed. This is an available option for detached single family home. Garage additions can also be designed to have a living space above to be used as an in-law suite, office space, rental income or for family members wanting more privacy.
Screened Porch/Sunroom
A screened porch is a great way to create a buffer between the insects such as mosquitos and other flying insects and the interior space while enjoying the fresh air. It also provides shade and cover from rain and snow. A screened porch can be a new structure or a conversion of an existing deck.
Sunrooms are a great way to capture natural light while adding square footage to the interior space. Some homeowners prefer to use the space as a cozy informal room for the family to gather while others use the space to entertain guests. In both cases, additional interior square footage will also increase the value of your home.
