PRC was founded in 2005 by Ali Ahmadi, a third-generation builder and remodeler with a background in engineering, home improvement, real estate investment and construction management. He learned the trade of the craft from his father, with whom he apprenticed during his younger years, and pursued higher education in line with the craft, and eventually pursuing a career in the industry. He began working in the trade in the late 1980's and continuing while attending college in Maryland in the early 1990's. He specialized in the construction of luxury homes and remodeling in Maryland in addition to real estate investment. PRC is known for its custom home building, home additions, and entire home renovations. In 2022 PRC extended these services to Northern Virginia and specializes in a vast array of designs, including contemporary, farmhouse, country, and traditional styles.
