These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the posing mobile application and related services (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. The Service
posing provides pose-reference browsing, camera and gallery tools, AI-generated pose guides, and curated Community content. All features in the posing 1.0 release are free. AI outputs are for creative and informational use only. They may be incomplete or inaccurate and are not medical, fitness, safety, or professional advice.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue part of the Service when reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, legal compliance, or product changes. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be legally able to enter a binding agreement where you live. No account or sign-in is required to use the features in the posing 1.0 release.
3. Photos and user content
You retain ownership of photos and other content you submit or create ("Your Content"). You must have the rights and permissions needed to use Your Content with the Service, including any consent required for identifiable people shown in an image.
You must not upload unlawful, deceptive, abusive, hateful, sexually explicit, exploitative, violent, or malicious content. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, transform, transmit, and display Your Content only as needed to provide requested features, operate the Service, perform AI processing, maintain security, and comply with law. If you submit content to a sharing feature, this license also covers displaying it to other users as described when you share it.
We may remove or restrict content that we reasonably believe violates these Terms, applicable law, or the safety and integrity of the Service. The current Community library is curated and admin-managed.
4. Acceptable use
You must not use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful activity; upload content without the necessary rights or consent; reverse engineer, disrupt, overload, probe, or gain unauthorized access to the Service; bypass rate-limit or security controls; use unauthorized automated scraping; use AI outputs to identify, profile, surveil, or make high-impact decisions about another person; or infringe third-party rights.
5. Fees
All features available in the posing 1.0 release are free. This release does not offer subscriptions or in-app purchases.
6. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, trademarks, text, curated pose library, and non-user content, is owned by or licensed to posing and protected by applicable law. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Service for its intended purpose while you comply with these Terms.
7. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we process information, photos, diagnostics, and technical data. It is available on the Privacy Policy page of this site.
8. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service and AI-generated outputs are provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not warrant that an AI pose guide will be accurate, safe, complete, or suitable for a particular person or activity. Nothing in these Terms limits non-waivable consumer, privacy, refund, or other rights under applicable law.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, posing will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or business arising from or related to the Service. Any limitation of liability is subject to non-waivable rights and limits under applicable law.
10. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you materially violate these Terms, create security or legal risk, abuse the Service, or if we discontinue the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time. Provisions that by their nature should continue will survive termination.
11. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms as the Service or law changes. We will post updated Terms on this page and update the Last updated date. Material changes may also be communicated in the app or through another reasonable channel. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
