posing ("we", "us", or "our") is a pose-reference camera and AI pose-guide application. This Privacy Policy explains what information we process when you use the posing mobile application and related services.

2. Information we process
Photos and pose content
When you use the camera or choose an image from your photo library, posing may access the image you select or capture. Images saved to your personal gallery are stored on your device until you delete them.
When you request an AI pose guide, the selected image is uploaded over an encrypted connection to our backend so that an AI processing provider can detect pose information and generate a pose-guide image. The backend may process and store the source image, generated result, and extraction-job information needed to complete the request, troubleshoot failures, and operate the service.
If an image is used in a published or curated Community pose, the related original image, skeleton image, thumbnail, pose name, tags, difficulty, description, body-part metadata, and download count may be stored in our cloud media and database systems and displayed to other users. The current Community library is curated/admin-managed; any future user-submission feature may have additional rules.
Accounts and sign-in
All features in the posing 1.0 release are free, and no account or sign-in is required. The current app flows do not request sign-in credentials or collect account identifiers to provide the features described in this policy.
Analytics, diagnostics, and technical information
Our application telemetry is intentionally limited to small, sanitized metadata such as event source, outcome, reason, and duration. We do not intentionally send photo contents, pose payloads, payment details, receipts, access tokens, refresh tokens, or secrets in these events.
Our servers and hosting providers may also process ordinary technical information such as IP address, request time, user-agent/device information, and security or rate-limit events when needed to provide and protect the service.
3. How we use information
We use information to:
- provide camera, gallery, pose extraction, and Community browsing features;
- process images and return AI-generated pose guides;
- protect service availability, security, and abuse prevention using the information described in this policy;
- respond to support requests and comply with legal obligations; and
- improve the service using aggregated or otherwise limited technical information.
We do not sell personal information. We do not use your photos for advertising.
4. Service providers and sharing
We share information only as needed to operate the service, protect users, or comply with law. Depending on the feature and deployment, service providers may include:
- app stores and payment providers — only if needed to distribute the app or process a transaction initiated outside the app;
- analytics and diagnostics providers, if enabled in the verified Posing configuration — analytics, crash reporting, performance diagnostics, and remote configuration;
- AI processing providers — to analyze an image and generate the requested pose guide;
- cloud hosting and storage providers — backend operation, databases, job processing, and media storage; and
- professional advisers, authorities, or other parties when disclosure is reasonably necessary to comply with law, enforce our terms, or protect rights, safety, and security.
These providers process information under their own terms and privacy policies. We expect service providers handling posing data to provide protection consistent with this policy and applicable law.
5. International processing
Our service providers may process information in countries other than your own, including the United States. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards and contractual protections for international transfers.
6. Retention and deletion
We keep information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including service operation, security, dispute resolution, and legal compliance.
- Local photos and captures remain on your device until you delete them or remove the app, subject to your device's backup behavior.
- Uploaded source images and generated pose-guide images are retained for as long as needed to complete the extraction request and, where applicable, to provide a stored or published pose. Completed or failed job records, backups, and security logs may remain for a limited additional period under our operational and legal retention requirements.
- If analytics or crash reporting is enabled in the verified Posing configuration, that information is retained according to the relevant provider's settings, policies, and legal requirements.
To request deletion of personal information, email jamenguyen27021996@gmail.com and describe what should be deleted. We may need to verify the request.
7. Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing of your personal information, and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. You may also:
- deny or later change Camera and Photos permissions in your device settings;
- delete locally stored photos and poses in the app or on your device;
- request deletion or correction by contacting us.
We will respond to valid requests within the time required by applicable law. If you believe our response is insufficient, you may contact your local data-protection authority.
8. Children
posing is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so that we can review and take appropriate action. Where a higher minimum age applies in your jurisdiction, that age applies.
9. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including encrypted transport and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Third-party links and services
The app or this legal site may link to third-party services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, which you should review when using those services.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our services, providers, or legal obligations change. We will post the updated version on this page and change the “Last updated” date. Material changes may also be communicated in the app where appropriate.
