Boom stand - a stand to hold your microphone will make it easier for you to record your performance.

Connect your uke to a computer
Earphones - If you decide to record yourself playing, earphones are a good addition to improving the production process.
Harmonica - Just like a kazoo, when you need a break from playing your uke, play along with a harmonica. Harmonica lessons here.
Heavy Duty Music Stand
Humidifier - If your ukulele is kept in a dry atmosphere, it can dry out and crack. A humidifier will keep it at the appropriate humidity.
Kazoo - When you get tired of singing, you can join in with a kazoo!
Maybe you need an amplifier - Pros: This one is light, very portable, runs on both electric and batteries; great for personal practice. Con: only 7 watts. (Review by Bob Bradley)
Mini toolkit - You might need to tighten tuners on your uke so it is a good idea to carry a mini screwdriver in your case.
Peg winder - After you install new strings (see below on your ukulele, it is pain to keep on twisting the peg to get the string wound. A peg winder makes the job easier.

Ukulele Stand - You are more likely to play/practice when your uke is out and about. Put your uke on a stand near where you sit and keep it handy.
Ukulele Strap - A strap is helpful to ensure that you are holding your uke in the correct position. Shown is one model / design. Lots of other styles available.
Ukulele Strings - Eventually you will have to replace your uke strings. You should keep an extra set in your case
Wireless rechargeable speaker system - In addition to an amp for your uke (see above), you may need a speaker system for vocals.
