**Pop Art Project – Reflection**
For my Pop Art project, I created a sculpture that began with a cardboard construction and was later covered with plaster materials. Building the armature was a bit tricky, especially in shaping it to support the full form. Once I had the base, I applied newspaper strips using glue and plaster, building up layers to give it a strong structure. I enjoyed drawing inspiration from pop art to create something bold and expressive. The layering process was messy but rewarding, and I gained a better understanding of the effort that goes into creating depth and shape. This project taught me to work with materials like cardboard and papier mache in a creative, stylized way. I also appreciated seeing the transformation from flat pieces to a full 3D form with character.
